Under 13 reds

  Manager Lee Cook and Coach Christain Adams, both qualified and DBS checked, have taken on the U13 Reds for season 2024/25.

Having won the Colchester District Youth League (CDYL) C Division (unbeaten), they are now competing at the top end of the B Division, with a clear ambition of promotion to the A Division. This particular group is highly motivated with an ambition to learn and grow as a collective. 

This talented group is a combination of players who have come together, in groups, from teams in and around Colchester. The Parents and children drawn together because they understand the importance of ensuring children are developed correctly, and playing football as a team.

The team has a simple ethos; life skills are developed and gradually adopted, rather than simply taught and learnt. 

We focus on what children can be, not what they are right now. As such the team has a simple approach and philosophy:

Communication, Commitment, Challenge, Character, Connection.
